This policy explains how Calvera HQ LLC ("Housekeepr", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use the Housekeepr app, this website, and our text and email messages.

Information we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address and phone number.
  • Booking details: service address, home size, cleaning preferences, notes for your cleaner, and booking history.
  • Messages: conversations between customers and cleaners in the app, and messages you send us through the website chat.
  • Photos: completion photos cleaners take after a job, and, for cleaners, the photo ID submitted with an application.
  • Location: while a cleaner has marked a booking "on the way", their location is shared with that booking's customer. We don't track customers' location.
  • Payments: processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
  • Device information: a notification token so we can send booking updates to your phone.

How we use it

  • To create and manage bookings, connect customers with cleaners, and process payments and payouts.
  • To send booking confirmations, reminders and updates by push notification, email and, if you've agreed, text message.
  • To review cleaner applications, keep the service safe, and provide support.
  • With your consent, to tell you about launches, offers and new features. You can opt out at any time.

When we share it

We share information only as needed to run Housekeepr: with the customer or cleaner on your booking, and with service providers that work on our behalf (payment processing, hosting, and email and text delivery). We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver our messages.

Your choices

  • Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.
  • Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
  • Delete your account any time in the app under Profile. This removes your profile and our marketing contact record.
  • Email us to ask for a copy of your information or to correct it.

Keeping it safe

Your data is stored with providers that encrypt it in transit and at rest, and access is limited to the people who need it to run the service.

Children

Housekeepr is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
